Sarah is a highly experienced purpose driven leader with 20 years of diverse Not For Profit experience, including delivering community services programs, leading Quality, Risk and Compliance projects, managing accreditations, ensuring ongoing compliance, delivering quality management initiatives and maintaining operational activities across complex organisations.
Sarah is a passionate collaborator, with a focus on being people centred, building workable solutions, providing gap analysing to gain a holistic understanding of organisational needs.
Sarah is skilled in building sustainable processes and systems, managing and evidencing requirements for accreditations, strategic project planning and delivery, strong knowledge of evidence and trauma informed practice and data analysis.
